Provide capacity building to organisations and implementing agencies through provision of resources.
Be thought leaders in youth development in Africa through our knowledge hub. Share lessons learned for future of work programmes.

OUR MODEL
We enable the implementing agencies to deliver at two tiers:
TIER TWO
Secondly, to provide support and mentorship for the programme graduates to unlock continuous education opportunities; and gain entry to the economy, either through formal employment or through business and social enterprise start-ups.
